Welcome to The Traders’ Coach LLC – Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program and your use of the website https://laratradingerrors404.com/ (“Website”). By accessing the Website or enrolling in the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access the Website or participate in the program.

Definitions

“Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to any individual accessing the Website or participating in the program. “The Company”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to The Traders’ Coach LLC. “Program” refers to the Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to provide services in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising will be resolved under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Unless otherwise stated, The Traders’ Coach LLC owns the intellectual property rights for all materials associated with the Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access program materials for personal use subject to the restrictions set in these Terms and Conditions.

You must not:

Republish program material
Sell, rent, or sublicense program material
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy program content
Redistribute program content without written permission

All program materials are protected intellectual property. Access to the Learning Management System (LMS), ProLine support, community access, and meetings is strictly time-limited and not lifetime access.

Access is granted only during the active training and support period. Continued access requires an active ProLine renewal. Initial LMS and ProLine access is limited to two (2) months unless extended through a paid ProLine renewal.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access due to inactivity, failure to meet program requirements, misconduct, or program completion.

User Comments and Community Content

Users may post opinions in designated areas. Comments reflect the views of their authors and not the Company.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.

The Company does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments prior to their appearance on the Website. Comments do not reflect the views of The Traders’ Coach LLC, its agents, or affiliates.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Company shall not be liable for comments or any damages resulting from their use or appearance on the Website.

Community Access & Conduct

Access to the Trading Errors 404 Community is granted only after the participant has submitted their investment plan, trading strategy, and training portfolio.

Failure to submit required materials within the communicated timeframe may result in delayed or denied community access.

Participants enrolled in the Ostoul 404 Offer retain community access while they remain active investors and while the service continues to be offered by the Company.

Participants not enrolled in the Ostoul 404 Offer receive community access for a strict period of one (1) year from the date of enrollment.

The community is designed to maintain a high-performance, investor-focused environment. Only constructive and respectful content is permitted.

Persistent negative thinking, pessimism, emotional venting, or fear-based narratives that may affect other investors are not permitted.

Personal emotional discussions are allowed only during the ProLine Support Period and within the LMS environment.

The Company reserves the right to remove content or restrict community access where necessary to protect the integrity of the environment.

Content Liability

The Company is not responsible for content appearing on third-party websites and assumes no liability for external links.

Disclaimer

The Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program is educational only. The Company does not manage funds, execute trades, or provide buy/sell recommendations.
Results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on market conditions, investor behavior, and implementation.

Participant Responsibility

By participating in the program, the Client acknowledges that all investment decisions are made independently and at their own discretion. The Company does not control or manage participant investment accounts.
The Client accepts full responsibility for financial decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from their participation in the program.

Results and Success Stories

Examples of results achieved by clients are illustrative only and do not guarantee future outcomes. Results vary based on market opportunities, investment choices, and individual behavior.

Postponement and Refund Policy

Postponement

Participants may postpone the program before it begins for up to two months. Postponement after the program has started is not permitted except in documented emergencies approved by the Company.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered except under the following conditions:
The request is submitted within four (4) calendar days of purchase

No program materials have been accessed If any program materials are accessed, viewed, or downloaded, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.


The program is delivered digitally. Access to the LMS, training materials, tools, or resources constitutes delivery of the purchased service.

Once access has been granted, the service is considered delivered.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Clients agree to contact the Company directly to resolve payment issues before initiating a chargeback.
The Company reserves the right to present evidence of program access and participation in response to disputes.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, methodologies, frameworks, tools, models, calculators, and digital resources are the exclusive intellectual property of The Traders’ Coach LLC.
Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

Non-Commercial Use

You may not:


Teach, resell, or distribute program materials
Create derivative products or automation systems
Use program content for consulting or coaching
Violations may result in legal action and financial penalties up to USD 100,000 or the revenue generated from the violation, whichever is greater.

Code of Conduct and Termination

Participants must maintain respectful and professional communication.



The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if behavior is disruptive or harmful to the program environment.
No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.

Scheduling of 1-on-1 Stress Test Meetings

Participants may book their final 1-on-1 Stress Test meeting, which is included within the program, during their active ProLine support period.

The scheduling calendar is typically made available approximately eighteen (18) days before the end of the participant’s active support period.

All meetings are scheduled strictly during the Company’s official working hours and are subject to available calendar slots.

Participants are responsible for booking an available time within their active support period. The Company does not guarantee the availability of specific dates or times requested by the participant.

Working hours and scheduling availability remain unchanged during special periods, including Ramadan, unless otherwise announced by the Company.

Failure to book a meeting within the active support period does not obligate the Company to extend the support period or provide additional meetings.

Program Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify the program structure, services, tools, or policies.

Active participants will be notified of material changes at least seven (7) days in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
